CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 28 days. Please note, returns numbers must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 14 days to return unsuitable items. Returns outside of this period will be processed at Goat's discretion only.

Steps to returning for UK customers:

      • 1)Email [email protected] to request a return.  Please include your order number in your email and a list of the items you wish to return.  We will then send you information on how to return your parcel free of charge, either by dropping it off at the nearest DHL collection point to you or by calling DHL and arranging a collection from your home address. 
      • 2) Fill in the Returns Form with your Returns Authorisation Number and place it in the package with the goods to be returned.  Please ensure returned items are unworn, have all their original tickets attached.
      • 3) Please repackage the item(s) securely in the box or bag you received the items in, plus the tough bag sent to you with your original order. Clearly  print the Returns Authorisation Number on the outer packaging. This will enable us to identify your package and process your return more rapidly when it arrives at the warehouse. 
      • 4) A return airway bill number will be included in your return authorisation email. Kindly print both pages and attached the first to the parcel and then the second one must be handed over to the DHL customer service representative.

We will endeavour to process your return as soon as we receive it but please allow 14 days for your return to be received, processed and a refund issued.  We will notify you by email once we have received the goods back and credited your original method of payment.

Steps to returning for non-UK customers:

    • 1)Email [email protected] to request a return.  Please include your order number in your email and a list of the items you wish to return. 
    • 2) Fill in the Returns Form with your Returns Authorisation Number and place it in the package with the goods to be returned.  Please ensure returned items are unworn, have all their original tickets attached.
    • 3)  Please repackage the item(s) securely in the box or bag you received the items in, plus the tough bag sent to you with your original order. Clearly  print the Returns Authorisation Number on the outer packaging. This will enable us to identify your package and process your return more rapidly when it arrives at the warehouse. 
    • 4) Post the package back to us at the address provided in the return authorisation email we send to you.

Items should be returned unused and with all Goat garment tags/packaging still attached. They must be returned in the original packaging they were sent to you in. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.

Please note that Goat Fashion does not refund duties and taxes.

We will notify you by email once we have received the goods back and credited your original method of payment.

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item (i.e. damaged or manufacturing fault) we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges as well as refunds. For more information, please email [email protected]. Please follow the same procedure to return your item(s) to us.
