GENERAL:
Welcome to the Goat web site. On our site we aim to provide you with a simple and enjoyable way to purchase a selection of our great styles. We also want to offer you the best possible level of customer service as well as protect your privacy. By making a purchase enquiry with us you will have deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and conditions. If you are unsure or unhappy with any of these then please call us during our normal working hours (9.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday except Bank Holidays) on 0207 487 3401.

INFORMATION ON OUR WEB SITE:
a) We take great care to ensure that items on our web site are presented as accurately as possible. However colour clarity will depend upon your personal monitor therefore, we cannot guarantee that the colour of any item will be represented absolutely accurately.
b) Prices are correct at the time of viewing but are subject to change at any time. We will honour any price at the point of receipt of a purchase enquiry.
c) Our shopping pages show a selection of our styles for sale at any time, but they do not convey specific size or colour availability. Colour and size availability will only be confirmed when we contact you in response to your purchase enquiry.

PURCHASE ENQUIRY:
a) A purchase enquiry to Goat is by no way a binding commitment from you to buy any of our products, as it is not a confirmation from us that we can supply you with your requested purchase. A purchase enquiry to Goat is simply an expression of interest.
b) Once you submit a purchase enquiry, our customer services team will aim to e mail or call you back by the end of the next working day.
c) At our Goat offices we have a small team of multi tasking professionals, not a huge call centre department, so we aim to give you a personal tailor-made service. We can advise you on colour, size availability, exact style dimension, garment care, complementary purchases, etc; until you are completely confident to reserve an item.

PAYMENT:
a) Once your chosen item has been reserved for you we will not despatch it until we have received full payment for the item and any applicable delivery charges.
b) We can accept payment by all major UK credit and debit cards EXCEPT American Express. We can take these details from you either over the telephone or by e mail.

DELIVERY:
a) Once payment has been received we will despatch goods by our preferred courier.
b) We offer a complementary Next Day delivery service to all UK mainland addresses for purchases over £100. For any orders under £100 a delivery charge of £10 will be added.
c) For any deliveries to destination outside Mainland UK a delivery charge dependant on weight and dimension of package will have to be added. We can discuss these individual details after consulting with our carrier.

RETURNS:
a) If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days. In this situation please follow the following procedure:
1) Call us to let us know you have changed you mind within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
2) We will give you a Returns Authorisation Number.
3) Please ensure returned items are unworn and have all their tickets attached.
4) Please repackage the item securely and address clearly to WEB RETURNS, GOAT FASHION, 76 GLOUCESTER PLCE, W1U 6HJ. Please clearly print the Returns Authorisation Number on the Package and provide your contact details inside the package.
5) Please post the parcel back to us at your own cost, using a service that provides you with Proof of Sending.
6) Once we have received the item back we will contact you in order to make a refund on your credit or debit card.
b) In the rare event that you receive a faulty item please follow the same procedure. When we contact you for a refund we will also refund your postage costs.

LIABILITY STATEMENT:
Goat Fashion Ltd shall be under no liability in respect of any defects arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow the care instructions, misuse, or alteration or repair of the goods without prior approval. Goat Fashion Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect loss or damage costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever and the entire liability shall never exceed the price of the goods. Goat Fashion Ltd shall not be liable for any delays due to any cause beyond the company’s reasonable control such as:
* Acts of God, explosion, flood, tempest, fire or accident;
* War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition;
* Acts, restrictions, regulations, bye laws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of any governmental, parliamentary or local authority;
* Import or export regulations or embargoes;
* Strikes, lock outs or other industrial actions or trade disputes;

PRIVACY STATEMENT:
When you make a purchase enquiry with us we will ask you for some personal data. This data will enable us to contact you with regards to your enquiry and notify you of any future products on offer. We may send you emails from time to time to inform you on the availability of new styles, special events or special offers. If you do not wish to receive these emails please let us know in the comments box of your purchase enquiry. We comply with the standards, procedures and requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection Act (1998) to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We never pass on your data to third parties for mailing or marketing purposes.
